I've noticed (apparently along with some others, based on comments) that people are winning the L'Oreal Paris giveaway if they enter on the hour. I looked at the official rules and it specifies that there are set times when winners are chosen. I had been entering for almost a week with no luck and I tried entering at 6:00pm central time yesterday and won!
